Corporate Relocation Location Choice Decision-making Model

The enterprises have been developing rapidly driven by Chinese economy, so that enterprises need to complete upgrading its strategic objectives to go through the transfer of its living space. So more and more enterprises choose relocation. So far, most of the theory tried to explore the resistance, gravity and resistance that lead to corporate relocation based the location factors. However, corporate relocation theory does not only need to consider location factors, but also their internal operation and development of the situation.Based on the location theory and SWOT Analysis, this paper attempts to proceed with an analysis of the factors which influence location choice of manufacturing corporate relocation decision-making, so as to establish the regional index system of corporate relocation. On this basis, using DS theory of evidence to construct corporate relocation decision-making model, and in accordance with this model, this paper analyses corporate relocation decision-making model applicability, Dongfeng Motor Co. and Yulon Motor Co. Ltd as the research object, based on the DS theory of evidence.The location choice of corporate relocation is a complex decision-making system. The systematic research on the factors of influence location choice of corporate relocation decision-making is an important prerequisite for location Choice. The main factors include the corporate internal factors and regional factors in two parts. On the basis of summarizing the different factors of influence location choice of corporate relocation decision-making, This paper establishes the regional index system of corporate relocation on the analysis of the choice of target location under the different factors. This is a tool for decision-making of manufacturing corporate relocation.Finally, D-S theory of evidence is used for the analysis of location choice of corporate relocation in this article, which quantify the uncertainties in the decision-making. It can be applied to the actual manufacturing enterprise decision-making, and be realistic guiding significance for relocation decision-making.
