| Private enterprise, which lasts about 30 years developing is becoming very important part of national economy, especially, manufacturing enterprise is growing more rapidly. But the employee management of Private manufacture enterprise is still not optimistic. This study of private manufacture enterprise employee satisfaction survey is to promote "people-oriented" idea, provide better employee management for the managers of private manufacturing enterprise.Enterprise management evaluation system is a typical multi-level, multi-factor, multi-purpose, multi-target, multi-bound gray system. It combines Analytic Hierarchy Process, Gray Comprehensive Evaluation and Gray Correlation Analysis in Gray System Theory for private manufacturing enterprise employee satisfaction evaluation modeling analysis and empirical studies.In this paper, the content of management quality of private manufacturing enterprise and private manufacturing enterprise employee satisfaction evaluation model are discussed, and creates a five-gap model of management quality of private manufacturing enterprise. According to the job descriptive index(JDI), and the actuality of private manufacturing enterprise in our country, it builds an index system of assessing manufacturing enterprise employee satisfaction in this paper. It uses Gray Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the manufacturing enterprise employee satisfaction of a hydraulic making factory and a mold making factory. The results tally with the actual circumstances, which confirms evaluation model, theory and methods used in this paper are correct. It uses Gray Correlation Analysis to make indicators of these two factories, ranking, analysis, providing the basis for decision-making. |
