| New Rural Construction is an important part of the "11th Five-Year Plan".In many areas,rural tourism is accepted as a way to develop the rural economy.In the context of New Rural Construction,Beijing's rural tourism is also flourishing.First,the article summarizes the related researches of the following three areas: (1) New Rural Construction;(2) The interaction between New Rural Construction and rural tourism;(3) Rural tourism's impacts on its destination.The article also carries out some basic concepts Analysis,e.g.:tourism,rural and rurality,rural tourism,etc.Secondly,the article focuses on Beijing's rural tourism situation.From the perspective of the related actors,such as government,the citizens,the villagers,and some research institutions and tourism enterprises,it analyses the behaviors of each of them to the development of Beijing's rural tourism.According to the statistical data, the article points out the difference of rural tourism development in the different districts of Beijing.Thirdly,taking the Pinggu district as an example,the article analyses the spatial distribution of the rural tourism Attractions in Pinggu district.It divides the attractions in the district into three parts:the humanities spots,natural attractions, food and accommodation services.There are some characters of these spots' distribution:the complementary coexistence;the dependence of the source areas of tourists;the combination of agriculture and tourism,Etc.Finally,the article also selects Bolitai village to make the survey and the detailed analysis of the change after developing rural tourism,discusses the rural tourism's impacts on the destination.There are some optimistic impacts,such as:increasing economic income;reforming the villagers' mental outlook;expanding the degree of openness.But it also leads to the income gap in the village.With the analysis of these contents,the author puts forward some proposals in the hope of contributing to the sustainable development of rural tourism. |
