The Entertainment Industry, Investment Analysis And Practice

After years of unremitting efforts, the national entertainment industry have broken away from finance support gradually, and developing through entertainment innovation and management innovation, the investment value of entertainment lieu appears increasingly. Currently, along with the construction of National Center for the Performing Arts,Shanghai Entertainment Center, ect., Entertainment lieus are being constructed all over the country.Presently, academia mainly study the management mode,industry strategy development of entertainment industry, but less of investment value. This article investigates concretely by taking background of entertainment industry in Shanghai and contraposing the problem of entertainment lieu's investment value. The main reason to choose typical district Shanghai as research object results from Shanghai is the developed city of China, entertainment industry is developing better than other areas, for example, Shanghai Grand Theatre, Shanghai Mejestic Theatre and Shanghai Oriental Art Center are the top-ranking entertainment lieus. In order to do quantitative analysis of entertainment lieu's investment value, this paper takes example of Shanghai World Expo Entertainment Center, analyzing the investment value of entertainment lieu.This paper bases on deeply investigating of Shanghai entertainment lieu management status, taking the research method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, using three stages invest recovery model, analyzing the investment value of entertainment industry in Shanghai. This paper has six chapters, the first two chapters mainly describe the research background; The third chapter introduces the investment analysis process and frame; The fourth chapter analyses the investment value of entertainment industry in Shanghai from qualitative point of view, and make SWOT research contraposing the developing status; The fifth chapter takes example of Shanghai World Expo Entertainment Center, making quantitative analysis of investment value of entertainment industry in Shanghai; The last chapter combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to make an integrated conclusion of investment value of entertainment industry in Shanghai .
