Plan And Analysis On Investment To The Project Of Dong Shengmiao 220kV Substation In Bayanzhuoer Aera

In view of the rapid development of economy of Bayannaoer city and the rapid increase of electric load,it is an urgent need to build a new 220kV substation in Dongshengmiao region to meet the increasing load demand and increase the reliability of electricity supply.So this paper have analysed the technical programs including site selection,injecting power sources and other technical elements first.And then the finance possibility have been computed through a series of financial tables such as the cost of computation,loan servicing,profit and loss balance,cash flow and the assets balance and so on.The computed results that have been compared with the financial data of industry standard indicate that it is totally feasible for the project in the financial aspect.
