Job stress has become global hot issues. According to the ILO report, the invalid production of a country which caused by the job stress, has been accounted for 20 percent of a country's gross national income. It not only lower their ability to work, but also seriously affect their health. Experts estimate that about 50% to 70% physical diseases are caused by job stress. Now, China is in the transition period, the changes of the social structure, the interests of re-adjustment, the rapid expansion of information, the speeding pace of life, and the impact of various ideologies have caused people's thoughts, ideas, psychological and behavioral a series of changes. The accelerated pace of social development directly impact the human work, in all areas of life, employees job stress are growing. High stress will bring serious social consequences to individuals and organizations. Recently, a series of related investigations have shown that China employee job stress become more and more serious.Although research in the field of job stress has made a lot of progress, but only in the simple study between source of stress and stress response, and the research of job stress mechanism is relatively scarce. So, through the introduction of organizational commitment and sense of control as the mediator between job stress and job performance., This study analyzed their mediating effect on them. To provide certain guidance to stress managementThis study used survey methods to investigate 500 employee, the survey responses were analyzed by the SPSS10.0 statistical software package. The conclusions were as follows:(1)There is significant negative correlation between job stress and job performance;(2)Job stress has an significant influence on job performance;(3)There is significant negative correlation between job stress and organizational commitment;(4)There is significant negative correlation between continuance commitment and job performance;(5)There is significant positive correlation between organizational relationship and sense of control(6)There is significant positive correlation between locus of control and job performance;(7)Demographic variables are significant differences in the job stress, organizationalcommitment and job performance ;(8)Organizational commitment has some mediating effect between job stress and job performance(9)Locus of control has some mediating effect between job stress and job performance.
