After entering the 21 century, the economy gets into a new phase of sustainable development in our country. At the same time, the food industry also catches the good chance of rapid development. At present, the condiments as one of the necessities of daily life are experiencing unprecedented prosperity and development. The research object pixiandouban in this article is a regional industry group in this situation.This article firstly studies the actuality of condiments industry in our country and compares the developing situation in our country with the international situation (Japan). By doing so we draw the conclusion that compound condiments in our country has a great potential development. Secondly, we analyze the environment of pixiandouban industry, which includes the national policy analysis, regional policy analysis and market demand analysis. The following according to Poter's five power model, we analyze the rivals, potential entrants, substitutes, suppliers and consumers of pixiandouban industry, and then follows SWOT analysis. Based on all the analysis above, we obtained the development strategy of pixiandouban industry group including Brand strategy, production strategy, low-cost strategy and market strategy and so on. At last, we put forward some specific measures of the development of pixiandouban industry group.
