Enterprise Group Technology Spillovers

The technology advance is the most important and active substantial power to enhance economy growth and development。Technology Spillovers (TS) accompanied with the development of technology, a specific form of the diffusion of technological advance, is more important to economic growth. As the backbone of national economy, the enterprise-group is the main body of technology advance. As a large and medium sized economical technical syndicate, enterprise-group has obvious advantages in the technology advance compared with single enterprise. The advantages would highly improve the level of technology advance and have a more visible effect in spillovers of technology advance. Therefore, how to effectively use this kind of spillovers to improve the level of technical advance and economic efficiency has great significance to the technological advance of enterprise-group.Based on the combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and combination of theory with practice, this paper is going to explore the essence of TS in enterprise-group, define the spillovers and describe the spillovers'characteristics. In the second place, the author established a model of the spillovers to analyze the spillover effect of technology in enterprise-group. Finally, the author researched the compensatory measure of technology spillovers. The conclusion is drawn through deep analysis as following:TS in the enterprise-group defined as an external, non-voluntary technology transfer course, has influenced by the investment of technology, technology gap, absorption capability, organization structure and property right, and these factors of influences constructed the mechanism of technology spillover which acted on the spillovers of enterprise-group.Based on the mechanism of TS, this paper has established three kinds of analysis index: the index of the investment of technology, absorption capability index (the complexion of human capital), technology gap index, and described innovated enterprise and enterprise which absorbed spillover effect respectively. Through empirical model, this paper has analyzed three kinds of index and their affection on TS in enterprise-group.In the end, this paper has proposed suggestions for further research on the following several aspects: to establish the index system, to select the data of the empirical analysis and to construct the compensate mechanism.
