Chinese BPO services market as whole is still not standardized.On the text of a lot of literature research, as well as the research of business process outsourcing market in Yunnan Province, the paper gives an analysis of Yunnan Province's outsourcing market in which the advantages and the problems existing.Aiming at BPO services providers market' situation, this paper introduces the evaluation implementation mechanisms. eSCM-SP v2.0 model, which developed by Carnegie Mellon University, and was extensively used in evaluating the standardization of the international BPO service providers market over the global. Some issues and solutions of the implementation of the model were analyzed in this paper. Some Possible issues and solutions about the model's implementation in China were analyzed in the paper.Finally, in light of China's national conditions and specific conditions in Yunnan Province, an integrated enterprise BPO services platform system was put forward as a comprehensive solution, and the preliminary feasibility analysis study of the platform was given. The platform, based on the eSCM-SP v2.0 model, should be operated by cooperation of service-oriented government, higher education, and technology companies, be used to guide, measure, disseminate BPO service implementation. The system will improve the ability of organizations outsourcing services, publicity the enterprises, and at the meanwhile, the production efficiency of the whole society will be increased, and will promote the regional economic.
