Human Capital, Spatial Structure And Rational Distribution

Since the 1990's, the wave of knowledge economy has rapidly swept the world. Economic competition in countries becomes competition of knowledge or talented persons day by day, strategic resources of modern economic development have turned from traditional material capital to human capital, and human capital factor plays a more and more important role in the economic development. Human capital has become the role factor for economic growth and improved productivity, because human capital not only improves productivity efficiency itself but also other elements of production.Under the condition of actual human capital quantity, how to optimize overall layout of human capital, realize the maximum value and accelerate the structure adjustment of education resource and investment have the important significance to harmonious, sustainable, stable and rapid development of the region.In the knowledge economy times, quantity and quality, especially structure have crucial function to economic growth. The article expatiate the common theory of human capital and human capital's growth effect to the economic development. And the article analyzes the correlate theory of human capital's space structure; establish the inscape of human capital's structure, mostly research in the region distributing and industry station of human capital. Besides, the article provides corresponding measure. The article theoretically establishes the rational distribution model of human, and refers to the K-D production function to saw about the model of human capital's contribution to economic growth, and finishes the theory analysis and frame-building.In the part of demonstration research, the article takes Yunnan province for example and reviews the current human capital quantity and space structure of Yunnan province and finds it's problems. The article collects relevant data from 1990 to 2005, and calculates the contribution rate of human capital to economic growth. Based on the practical state of human capital spatial structure and distribution in Yunnan province, the article does some cluster analysis about sub-region in Yunnan province and provides some pertinence propose and policy measure.
