According to the pledge of China when joining the WTO, since December 2004 all kinds of service industry in China including the logistics are comprehensively open to the outside world. The overseas logistics giant is stepping up to our country to seep and swallowing the domestic distribution market gradually using the superiority of technology, fund, the management, the talented person and the global network.The distribution enterprise is one kind of the third part logistics and is considered as an advanced logistics way, gradually becoming the important form of socialization of logistics. Under this kind of market situation, if Chinese distribution enterprise wants to obtain the long-term survival and development and pursues to the foreign market, they must pay great attention to the key competitiveness. Its inevitable result is that the distribution enterprise must pay great attention to the construction and the promotion of their key competitiveness, but the supply chain management is an important aspect of the ability of distribution the enterprise tries to promote now. This thesis, from the thought of the chain management, will carry on the discussion and research on the promotion of the key competitiveness of the distribution enterprise.At first the author elaborates in detail the relationship of the supply chain, the key competitiveness, the supply chain management and so on. Then, the author further elaborates the connotation and development of the key competitiveness of distribution enterprise and provides the theory basis for the promotion of the key competitiveness of the distribution enterprise.From the constitution of the key competitiveness of the distribution enterprise, the author propose four ways and the method of the promotion of the key competitiveness of the distribution enterprise. Firstly, the conformity of society physical distribution resources to reduce the cost of the enterprise operation; secondly, carry on the reorganization of internal flow using the theory of supply chain to enable the overall benefit to achieve superiorly; Thirdly, strengthen the construction of informationization of distribution to enhance the speed of response of distribution service; lastly, optimize the travel route of distribution vehicles to enhance the operating efficiency of distribution.Finally, the thesis applies theory and method described above to the research and practice of promoting the key competitiveness of Xinbang logistics limited company of Guangzhou. And it verifies science and effectiveness of thinking and method proposed in this thesis. |
