Based On Entropy Management Of Enterprise Human Resource Management Outsourcing And Applied Research

Outsourcing a new management model which is popular since 1990's. Among all kinds of outsourcing , human resource management outsourcing(HRMO) becomes the leader as No.1 for its rapid development. But in our country, the advanced theory of human resource management (HRM) is now applied in business instead of traditional human affairs management, at the same time , it is effected by the development of HRMO. Therefore, the research on HRMO in our country is just beginning.The author does the research on HRMO mainly from the aspect of definition, models, content, foundation of the theory, strategic values and development. Then, the essay, at first, from the system theory angle presents the conception of HRO-subsystem, then gives an account of complexity and describes the value chain and market ecology evolution of it. On the basis of that, the author calculates the efficiency of the HRO-subsystem within the amount of the management entropy, in order to construct the model to make decision of HRMO items.In the process of building the model, the author makes use of the theory of corporation management entropy and management dissipative. The essay calculates the amounts of the management entropy of the HRO-subsystem from four aspects such as staff assigning, labor-management relationship, training, and information management. The calculation results constitute a matrix in which all factors are influenced by management entropy. By combining the interaction matrix of the four factors with the weight of entropy matrix, the value of overall management of HRO Subsystem can be calculated. Finally, the essay analyzes the application of the calculation results in HRO decision-making through the analysis of a case, in order to provide academic and realistic help to the corporation HR management.
