This thesis is echoing the requirements of internationalization in this social development era, to recognize the situation of Weifu company, which is the biggest enterprise of Chinese fuel injection industry so far, and we believe it should accelerate paces of internationalization strategy development under the background of globalization penetration extensively. Facing the tide of the economic globalization and Chinese stringent auto's emission, expanding the overseas market has become the common understanding of our domestic fuel manufacturing factories. Weifu has taken a series of internationalization strategies actively. Its internationalization's mode becomes the way of the most realistic approaches for domestic auto components' enterprises to follow up.In the first chapter, we raised this thesis of the meaning and what was my research purpose, as well as what was the thesis's structures. In this part, we main focused on what we wanted to solve and what we could benefit from them.The second chapter, we reviewed the existing multinational theories both at home and abroad. We introduced what was internationalization's concept and mainly explained multinational operation theories. Then we summarized the motivation of internationalization and how to assess its performance.In the third chapter, we listed some approaches for domestic firms to implement internationalization. Then we introduced current internationalization strategy taken by the Chinese auto industry and its components firms.In the fourth chapter, we introduced the development courses of Weifu in detail firstly. Then we shared the Weifu's successful experience and lessons learned during the internationalization expansion.In the fifth part, we deeply analyzed the macro-environment, the fuel injection industry environment, as well as the competitors' competency, then we concluded the focusing area that Weifu internationalization's strategy need to implement by using the SWOT tools to analyze systematically.In the sixth part, according to Weifu next development plan, we came out a series of realistic proposals to strengthen the implementation of Weifu's internationalization's strategy, which was established on the plenty analysis at fifth chapter. Those proposals would greatly benefit the Weifu's sustainable development and future decision making.
