CMR (Corporate Moral Responsibility) is an important and undeniable issue in the corporate ethical study and is its foundation and condition. Studies on CMR were always attached to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and its many conception understanding and classification seemed relatively obscure. With the continuing advance of our market economic development, it is of uttermost theoretical significance to rearrange the theory of CMR. In reality, it is not optimistic to the problem of CMR. How to mediate the severe conflict between corporate economic profits and social advantages becomes an important issue to the theoretical circle. Hence a systematic study on advance mechanism of CMR is of great practical importance to construct market economic ethic and promote the consciousness of CMR in this special period when the economy transits from a planned economy to a market economy.This treatise is formed by four parts as follow:The fist part discriminates the difference between CSR and CMR, demonstrates that there are subjective qualification and value reason to corporation for undertaking CMR, and clarifies the basic conceptions of this treatise.The second part discusses the practical problem which our CMR faced related with our reality, includes the deficiency of basic CMR and active CMR.The third part analyses the main reason for this deficiency of CMR from inner and outer aspects, and tries to figure out the breakthrough point of this problem.The fourth part analyses the necessary condition and realizing method to advance our CMR, and expects the developing direction of CMR by analysing the practical situation our corporation faced and the change of international competition inclination.
