As the telecommunication market opens and the telecommunication industry carry on reform, the fieriness of the market competition makes the management pressure of the operator corporation. In recent years, more and more operating corporations are paying more attention to mobile data service because of its unique growing potential. Mobile data service rose in our country, and presented an explosive growing situation. In addition, mobile data service became the important position scrambled among numerous operating corporations who entered or will enter mobile communication market.According the present status and the development on telecommunication this paper analyzes the mobile operate, facing the APRU dropped sharply and the more numbers of customer the less profit, have to exploit the customer demand and develop date services. As one of date services, CRBT made great effort on APRU. CRBT success reveal some useful hint to the industry. Meanwhile, with the 3G license releasing date coming soon, telecom operators find a power to drive its CRBT business.Based on analyzing present development situation of TD Mobile, the paper, starting with the analyze of telecommunication competition environment, through applying PESTEL and SWOT analyzing method, studies the marketing competition and existing problems of the CRBT service of TD Mobile Communication corporation. to make sure that CRBT service is one of the key added-value business which kept exploiting the market by TD corporation in the new stage. Through analyzing both outside and inside market of CRBT , combined TD itself situation and puts forward tactics and specific implementation plan. the paper included five parts, the first part give the concept definition of CRBT and its development situation; the next one introduced the TD company and CRBT service, also conclude and pointed out their problem; the third part analyze and describe TD marketing environment, which give the basic information to the next one; analyzing from four aspects: product, price, promotion, the fourth promoted market strategy in order to keep TD in advance. In the five part, pointed out that TD have to just its own organization to guarantee the market strategy implement.
