Research On The Dynamic Mechanism And Ways Of Promoting Regional Development In The Characteristic Towm

The characteristic town is a small town built on the basis of one or some characteristics.In general,the characteristic town is a small town which is more advantageous in geographical position and relies on the local characteristics of various characteristic resources,including history,humanity,nature,industry,architecture,landscape and other special resources.It is not a traditional concept of administrative unit "town",but a distinctive regional complex.It can be a small town,or an industrial gathering area.Some of them are even a large consortium with various forms.The original intention of the construction of the characteristic town is to expand the new space of the regional economic development of the urban and rural areas in China,cultivate a growth pole in the region with suitable conditions,good location and distinctive features,in order to realize the situation of regional economic stabilization,in order to realize the situation of the point of view and common development,effectively promote the urban-rural integration,reduce the urban and rural differences quickly,and realize the extension of urban infrastructure to the surrounding countryside and the urban public.A total of services to the surrounding rural coverage,to promote the revitalization of rural industries,revitalization of talents,ecological revitalization,governance,revitalization and cultural revitalization.The characteristic towns promote the development of the surrounding areas through special mechanisms and unique ways.It is of great practical value to study these mechanisms and ways to build and cultivate special towns in our country.This research holds that the dynamic mechanism of the characteristic town to promote the development of the surrounding area mainly includes the industrial chain power mechanism,the dynamic mechanism of industrial integration and the transfer mechanism of the productivity gradient force.The ways of promoting the development of the surrounding areas mainly include the way of industrial base construction,the way of infrastructure construction,the equalization of basic public services,the way of the transfer of surplus labor,and the way to go to the countryside by science and technology.Zhejiang is the birthplace of the construction of characteristic towns.Its experience has been continuously learned by other regions,and the development mode of characteristic towns has been spread to all parts of the country.Therefore,this study takes Jiangnan medicine town as a case to demonstrate the driving mechanism and the way to achieve the development of the surrounding areas by the characteristic towns.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,significance and research methods.The key is to systematically sort out the literature in the current research area.The second chapter focuses on the review of the theory.This research holds that the theoretical basis for the development of the characteristic town mainly includes the theory of urban regional relations in regional science theory and the theory of growth pole in regional economics and the core-edge theory.The third chapter focuses on the driving mechanism of characteristic towns driving peripheral development.The fourth chapter focuses on the way to promote the development of characteristic towns.The fifth chapter takes the Jiangnan medicine town of Jinhua,Zhejiang Province as a case,to demonstrate the way of realizing the dynamic mechanism of the development of the surrounding area.The sixth chapter puts forward some policy suggestions on the construction of characteristic towns.
