Enterprise's competition is talented person's competition in the finally, under the certain productive forces condition, in the person and in thing this pair of factor, some people's factors is only decisive. The modern management core is to manage person, namely through goes by the superintendent the matter completes, said from this significance, the management is to manage person, A corporation will be continue forever if paying more attention to respect human resource, to train human resource, to assign human resource and to encourage human resource. So it requires that the corporation has reasonable performance management system that is the significance of the research of the thesis. The thesis describes the concept, the significance, and the performance procedure of performance management and the feeling of the author during executing the performance management. There are five sections in the thesis, the research content as follow:Section one introduces the topics of this thesis background, purpose and significance of this thesis, the content and structure.Section two is related to the synthesis theory, introduced the topic of domestic and international research trends, motivational theory, performance management theory, methods, processes.The third section introduces the diagnose of YANJING corporation performance management mainly presenting the corporation's organization structure, the human resource present state, highlighting the corporation present performance management actuality and its problem.The fourth section is a design against YANJING performance management system, introduces a performance management system for the design and preparation work, and in accordance with performance plans, performance counseling, performance evaluation, performance feedback interviews and performance improvement of the performance management process for the design, detailing YANJING corporation group companies Weaving performance, sector performance, the staff performance assessment process and content.The fifth section analysises and evaluates the performance management system design, including the performance management system design advantages, performance appraisal system required for the operation of the foundation and protected, the performance management system designed to note.During writing, as per the fact of YANJING company and Characteristic of the several performance managements, we choose the way of 360 degree evaluation of the performance management basing the key performance index. Since the KPI can separates the strategic target into concrete and small work target. The 360 degree evaluation of performance management can collect more aspects remarks and make the evaluation more reasonable. The way of 360 degree evaluation of the performance management basing the key performance index fits the requirement of YANJING corporation and enhances the personnel's work performance, feeling of equity and satisfactory.
