We discuss how TQM,TPS,TPM are introduced in this mill, and the way to establish core competence, TQM is a quality management system which focus on customer satisfaction, TPS is a efficient production system, TPM is a manage system for machine. Through surveying the key performance index of deliver(D), production(P), quality (Q) and cost(C), the achievement of TQM,TPS,TPM triune lean production system is evaluated. How this activity strengthens competitive advantage is analyzed in view of practice, in order to set a reference for other companies.Through the result of this study, we find out TQM,TPS,TPM triune lean production system, which is a set of concrete and feasible steps, is beneficial in generation the cohesiveness in the organization. It also sets a congenial goal in the company and improves the total efficiency continuously.
