A sound quality management system offers the enterprises a sustainable development path. It can enhance the quality of business, promote quality sense of the staff and prevent the enterprises from risks; it has a strategic significance.This article takes GD Company and its quality management as the research object. GD is one of the subsidiaries of a university in the high-tech medical software development, service provider and medical imaging products & communication system (PACS) oriented. The main customers are hospitals. Under the increasingly fierce market competition and the regional cooperation in health care, the medical software industry will bring about more opportunities and challenges. The enterprises should establish their own competitive edge including the software technical promotion, the software professionals training, the software quality management strengthening and better service levels with their CRM (Customer Relationship Management).First of all, the article introduces the authentication status quo of the profession and the standards of medical software industry from the process of the software itself and compared to find out what can be a more comprehensive system to enhance business operations as well as the level of CMM (Capability Maturity Model) for its extension and notes. Secondly, on the whole medical software industry and the company's situation using SWOT pointed out that a comprehensive raise the level of importance of quality management. Again, introduced the level of CMM guidelines for company's situation"KPA 2 (Key Process Area 2)"and used the statistical methods for verification. Then, with the overall situation of the industry as well as the company itself put forward the existing problems that hinder the enterprise upgrading, and propose a range of measures to upgrading the company's quality management, such as the CMM2-revised version, the PSP (Personal Software Process) and TSP (Team Software Process) theory for upgrading staff and team's ability, URP (Rational Unified Process), XP (Extreme Programming) for software's process management, PDCA cycle for raising operating level solutions. Finally, put forward to supporting security measures to ensure that GD's new implementation in quality management system.This article combines theory and practice, the conclusion aims at GD in its software development practice and has a practical value. From the current industry situation of GD Company and the company itself prove the feasibility and urgency for implementation of a new quality management system. It is also a reference for similar enterprises. Around the problems of the company whether it is necessary to standardize the process its quality management system and to use CMM to improve its operating efficiency, according to their own situation to identify the solution measures of CMM as well as ancillary supports to enable enterprises better in the software quality management. |
