S Corporation Digital Management System Planning Framework Based On Bsc Study

In all areas of society,the information technology has a wide range of applications.The development of IT,makes different organizations have the dependency of information systems gradually.Enhancing the investment of information system construction have become the vital strategic choice for many enterprises to improve their competitive power.Enterprise information construction has been recognized by more and more companies,however, many failure cases of information system construction have made many people flinch. It is a popular concern's issue that how to make the information systems planning development as well as enterprise development strategies consistent.It is also very important that how to avoid the"IT Black Hole and the IT Isolated Island"(it means investing much more but no income and can't communicate between the different IT systems). An enterprise IT planning is not only a technical issue, but also a management issue. It is an ill-suited strategic planning system may bring large direct economic losses and indirect operating losses incalculably, so it has great significance to make out the enterprise digital management system(DMS) planning research as well.S is an important base of Chinese modern fighter plane and advanced civil aircraft research and manufacturing. From the 1980s of the 20th century, there are total three generation of IT application development:①Single technology applications of CAD / CAM / MIS.②The partial applications of CAD/CAM and MRP integration.③The implementation of CIMS in practice.Based on the number of companies'using management system planning studies, and the planning method of digital management system frame of fitting the strategy of businesses needs has been expored in this dissertation.Describe the relative theories from various angles, introduce the planning methods based on the Balanced Scorecard Theory,make out the analysis of digital management system from the strategic point of view,identify the department_information systems with the digital transferring model, have the application plan of departments digital management system,finally,have the conclusions and forecasts.Though the results come from the digital management system frame planning of S company, it also has vital reference value for the other general enterprise information system construction plans.
