Staff career management has become a vital and innovative work to the current development of enterprise and human resources management. By actualizing the staff career management, enterprise will achieve a win-win business purposes, then enhance their ability of market competition and development potential of staff.Using the theory of staff career management, this paper, which based on extensive investigations, analyses the current situation and existing problems of employee career management at recent stage, researches omprehensively on the enterprises importing staff career planning.The researching goal of this article lies in: through the study to the career development theory, combined with the present situation of the staff's career development in J Petroleum & Chemical Industry Company, we try hard to enhance its feasibility to unify the theory and practice. By doing this, it is possible to truly utilize the career development theory and planning methods into J Petroleum & Chemical Industry Company, and to change the situation of the Company's lacking clear understanding and insufficient importance attached to the staff career development. With analysis of different staff and their working characteristics, as well as research of staff's behavior power structure and the job-hopping, a new angle of view of how to apply career planning theory for staff in related enterprises in our country is proposed, in order to provide instructions and references to improve and enhances enterprise's staff career planning.The paper is divided into four chapters, which as follows:Chapter 1, this chapter outlines the research background of paper, the significance, research methods and frame structure;Chapter 2, this chapter introduces the staggered theory of career development, vocational choice theory and theory of career anchor, and defines the related concept and content;Chapter 3, this chapter introduces the background of J Company, the character of the field which J Company in, the human resource situation of J Company, then analyzes the reasons of J Company career planning and management; Chapter 4, from the planning process of employee career, combining with the practice of J Company, the workable proposals and methods of implementation is propounded in this chapter.At the end, paper gives the conclusion, which the win-win of individuals and organizations is the basic principles of enterprises career planning.This paper focuses on individual case as research object, using varied methods during implementation. Under the background of state-owned enterprises generally lacking the staff career planning, the paper gives a complete set of design ideas and methods of implementation, wishing to import or improve the theory of career planning and provide related guidance.
