30 years of reform and opening up, China's private enterprises have been developing rapidly from scratch for the development of the national economy has injected vigor, in order to meet the diversified demands of our people, increasing employment, such as making an important contribution. However, with the rapid development of private enterprises and employees in the growing number of contradictions and conflicts will continue to increase, and the legitimate rights and interests of workers against the growing phenomenon of the construction of a harmonious society in China adversely affected. Therefore, the private sector build a harmonious labor relations on the building of a harmonious society is of great significance. This paper is seizing on the main line, in-depth research and analysis in the private sector labor relations now exist, as well as a problem of deep-seated reasons, and based on this proposed countermeasures.This paper on China's labor relations through literature research and the private sector in some areas of investigation, analysis of China's private sector labor relations analysis of the current situation, and based on this, the private sector labor relations discord appeared a summary of the reasons. Finally, from China's national conditions, and drawing on the useful experience of foreign countries, the establishment of socialism with Chinese characteristics to the private sector harmonious labor relations, and further innovation of the private enterprises in China by building a harmonious labor relations countermeasures, mainly from the government , trade unions, businesses and workers focus on several aspects such as the adjustment of the private sector disharmony situation.
