Selection Of Group Decision Making Method Based On Game Theory

As the decision-making environment is growing rapidly and turning into unprecedent, variable and multi-objectival, Collective Choices become far more complicated. The policy-makers have to face a multi-dimensional nature, level and integrated trend to act with unprecedented challenges. Meanwhile the management is not only making plans but also taking into action. So decision-making method used not only determines the quality of decision-making, but also affects the implementation of the decision-making effectiveness and efficiency. The use of a certain kind of decision-making method may be more effective than the other. Policy makers in decision-making must seriously analyze the decision-making environment, and then make sure the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, based on a flexible choice of appropriate decision-making methods. Under the guildline of scientific development theory, this paper restudied the decision making system, and devided the syetem into four levels: decision making methodology, decision making thoughs, decision making theory and decision making methods. Aiming at the application, this paper studied the problem of decision making methods choosing under the Group Decision Making environment.Getting the idea from fuzzy set and multi-stage game theory, an analysis and decision-making method for multi-stage selection problem was created in this paper with reference to previous research, which was called the choice method of multi-round decision-making methods. The multi-choices were treated as the player, and the CAIE(collectivity average integrated evaluate) values which counted the costs, rewards rates, the experiences and etc were thought as the payoff, while the decision making minds were taken as the rules. Based on these methods, influence of the group relationship to the resuts was taking into account, which was proved by the reference papers.Following the main line with two assisted clews, this paper studied the way of decision making methods choice in order to make preparation for the following research.
