Since the 21th century, products distinction has been more and more similar. But the mind of brand is unique because it represents a kind of conception which consumer prefer. Brand is the soul of products, and form is the main part of the concept of brand. Product form design is an important and basic part of products design and is also important researching contend in industry design. Product form design has become a key technology which due to success in the competition and consumers pay a lot of attention to products' form and brand when buying goods.According to market demand situation and their own situation, Enterprises make and implement brand strategy to build up a good image and to make products influential and persistent. As a vector of brand, products' form will certainly be impacted by brand strategy. Chapter II of this paper started with the content of the brand, classification and role, the relationship between brand and product and brand strategy. Chapter III started with content of Forms, classification and so on, analyzed elements of products' form, language and form style. Chapter IV analyzed products' characters which based on brand and discussed products' form design, which started with the analysis of products construction, PI strategy, Guidelines and trend. Chapter V basing on the brand by the form of the building triggered some thought, discussed the relationship between products' Form Construction and product innovation, creative industries, international brands, analyzed some related case.Design is to create a more reasonable and a better way of life. Construction of the product form has two purposes. On one hand the purpose is to meet consumer demand for the material and spiritual needs, and to serve the community better, on the other hand it is to create brand products to become the best-selling product bring more benefits for the enterprises.
