Since 2002, the market of China's Real Estate has gradually been warmer. Coming over the substantial growth in 2003, the extent of growth of the national commercial residential building reached 13%,2004, the average price comes to 2777 R&B, compared to the late of 2002, the extent of growth exceeded 25% within two years. In regard to the housing, such kind of special commodity which will affect the national economy and livelihood of the masses, this extent of growth can be called skyrocketed. Along with the flouring of the real estate, and watching the continuous growing of the price of the real estate, the dispute about the "Form" comes to incandesce. Under such background, the research of the "Form" of China's Real Estate is very meaningful.The first part of this paper introduced the background and the Structure of the train of thought, the second part expound my opinions about the "Form", the third & fourthly parts the author using the theory of the price of real estate and the international comparing ways about the Economy Form, detailed explain the whetner there is "Form" (?)ists in China's and Chongqing's real estate market, the sixth & seventh parts analyzes what is come inlo being the reasons of Real Estate Form In China & chongqing. The eighth part of this paper analyzes the influence the "Form" brings to the national economy.In this paper. I apply several theories like the "Period Theory of Real Estate" , "Composing of Index" and so on as the foundation on the basis of gathering mass of data to analyze and quantize whether there is "Form" exists in China's real estate market. And the final conclusion is: there is "Form" do existed, and in some areas, the situation is even very serious.We need a stable and accordant society. We should make more people live a better life. Therefore, in the end of this paper, the author put forward seven measures to cool down the real estate economy, and raise some warnings and sincere advice to those enterprises which ignore people's interests and give some help to the consumers.
