The Research Of Quality Management Under Lean Environment

This thesis analyzed how to integrate lean thanking with quality management at pharmaceutical company to optimize the quality system, setting quality targets which are represent lean principles, making profit by lean tools. The practice is a combination of quality and lean aimed at increasing business and reducing losses due to wasteful practices, as well as perfect current process and create profit for all of customers.The article is mainly includes five parts, in first part, it describes the relationship between the pharmacy and lean manufacturing and why AstraZeneca choose to implement lean practice. In the second part, the article introduce the difference between traditional quality management and lean quality management and how AZ modified the old quality system. The third and fourth part gives the detailed example on how to achieve the lean quality in supplier and internal quality system. At the last part there is a brief summary for experience gotten.
