In recent years, the demand for safety food has increased all over the world as well as the food poisoning accidents occurred annually. The governments of many countries has enhanced food safety control system and many academic researches also studied food safety from various perspectives. This paper focus on consumer's information perception and information search behavior in fresh vegetables purchase, the empirical study and theoretic analyses have been made to get implications for relative issues.This thesis compares food safety Information systems of U.S and China,concluding advanced expierence of U.S System and pointing out the disavantages of our country's system. To attain the status of consumer perception and searching, this thesis designs a survey which regards family as a unit.The result demonstrate that the local costumers are short of a comprehensive and exact perception of food safety information.Most of them have not taken efficient action to avoid food safety risk.And the statistic analyse of information search demonstrate the main impact factors on information search positivity.ln the end,according to the resuls mentioned,the thesis, provides several countermeasures to the construction of China's fresh vegetables food Safety information system.
