Nowadays, Chinese insurance market is developing rapidly, intense competition environments urge insurance companies have to review and perfect their strategy, including human capital plan. What's more, with the rapid development of insurance business, the quantity and quality of talents in insurance determines the success or not of the whole industry .The characteristic of service industry in the assurance is that the knowledge capital is the important affecting the enterprise product effective.Human capital investment is one of the important contents of the human resource management science. It has academic and practical significance in the time of knowledge economy. Presently researches mainly analyze the enterprises human resource from the management aspect. But the value analysis of human capital is rare and un-systemic.Although at present most domestic insurance companies raise the human resources plan to the strategic altitude, in the concrete operation, most the companies have not still realized the exact rate of human capital in an insurance company. They have not realized interior connection and conformity of human resources plan system and the value of a insurance company. The analysis of the human resource value is practicable .the founding of human resource value accounting system will provide the theory basis of human resource management, which is used to make overall estimation and prediction for the enterprise about the situation of its human resource development, and offer the necessary information of the human resource strategy planThe thesis firstly pointed out the background, methods of analysis, the structure of this thesis, and deduce new points. In the next section, it analyzed the study resources of the national and the foreign theories related to the human capital and the human resource, and made a comment on these theories. Thirdly, the thesis builds a framework of the estimate system of human capital. Calculated how much human capital contributes to the value of insurance company. Fatherly, this thesis enlarges its model, analysis the out coming of some human capital managements in human capital structure and human capital investment two aspects. And then, the thesis points out its positive and negative parts. In final, it gives some advices to perfect the model and heighten the core competence. I hope that this thesis could supply native insurance companies with new ideas that they could enhance its human capital management and could analyze and solve the problems of management.
