Information sharing is the basis of achieving supply chain management. It is important to enhance the core competitive power of supply chain and increase supply chain gains. The coordination management of supply chain is also based on transfer and sharing information, so an effective supply chain management can not be separated from the sharing of information between enterprises. Sharing private information between enterprises cost money and exist risk, so it is necessary to measure the value of information through the costs or the proceeds of the supply chain before and after sharing, and whether it is worth to accept the supply chain. It may not make a lot of proceeds for itself, but rather to enable partners to increase benefits after sharing its private information. Therefore the all benefits of supply chain should be allotted to improve information-sharing initiative, and to ensure the accuracy of information sharing. Set up incentive mechanism to encourage the business to share the valuable information. So that the enterprises contributed to supply chain can increase revenue.First the features and types of information in the supply chain were analyzed, and the primary information sharing in the supply chain was discussed. Then the value of sharing demand information in three-level supply chain network was studied, and the value of supply information in the upper reach of the supply chain was discussed. After the coordination theory of supply chain benefits was reviewed, the necessity of setting up the profits allot mechanism and incentive mechanism was demonstrated .A profit allot model was established, and supply chain coordination and information sharing need for incentives and information-sharing incentive mechanism based on the principal-agent theory was put forward. At chapter1, the research background was introduced. The inadequacy of existing research was analyzed after reviewing the research of information-sharing and coordination of benefits from the scholars at home and abroad. Finally the main content and the logical structure of this dissertation were showed. At chapter2, some details related to logistics information were analyzed. The information that can be used for sharing in supply chain was summarized for the study of supply chain information-sharing value. The basic theories about coordination management were showed for studying the distribution of benefits and information-sharing incentive mechanism. At chapter3, the three-tier supply chain network consisted of many suppliers, a manufacturer and many retailers about a single product were analyzed. The value of demand information and supply information from supplier in supply chain were calculated by the costs and profits differences between before and after sharing information. At chapter4, after the coordination theory of supply chain benefits was reviewed, the necessity of setting up the profits allot mechanism and incentive mechanism was demonstrated .A profit allot model was established, and supply chain coordination and information sharing need for incentives and information-sharing incentive mechanism based on the principal-agent theory was put forward. The last chapter of the dissertation is a conclusion; the main work done by author and the main conclusion gained in the dissertation were reviewed, then the further research direction was pointed out.
