| Agricultural land is a rare resource, whose quantity and quality are quite limited. With the development of township economy and speeding up of urbanization, it is necessary for some agricultural land to change into inagricultural land. However the reality that the great population and the average level of consumption increase noticeably in a short period makes it a pressing need to possess a great deal of agricultural land(including quality and quantity) in order to solve the contradiction between construction and food. Agricultural land features with limited scope, spatial location, different rate of soil fertilization and the renewal of utilization. The productivity of agricultural land, which rises with human labor, fund and intelligence, has great potential in the aspect of land utilization. Therefore it is of great importance to do some research on intensity use of agricultural land and management.This paper takes Jinan as an example and includes six parts.The first part is the introduction. The author briefly illustrates the necessity of agricultural land intensive utilization and research situation at home and abroad, and what's more, the study content, method and framework of this thesis.Part two is about the theory basis and connotation of agricultural land intensive utilization. Four related theories are introduced: the law of marginal returns-diminishing, location theory, the theory of sustainable development and ecological economic theory. The connotation of agricultural land intensity use is like this: Based on scientific allocation and structural optimization of regional agricultural land resources, increase the inputs of the relevant production factors(both quantity and quality)in the limited area of agricultural land reasonably, enhance integrated efficiency of agricultural land to the utmost, fully exploit the use potential of agricultural land, and save valuable agricultural land resources so as to take the connotation maximization and sustainable development path in the use of agricultural land.Part three focuses on the general situation of Jinan city and the problems in the agricultural land intensive utilization. Introduce the evaluation zones from the aspects of natural environment, economic environment and agricultural land use. The problems are as follows: the land with medium and low quantity is large-scaled, leading to low rate of land output; the reserve resources are deficient, and the contradiction between people and land is obvious; the land reuse and poor maintenance and soil pollution result in low soil quality.Part four is to set up the framework for the evaluation system of agricutural land intensive ustilization in Jinan city. According to scientific, forward-looking and workable balance principle, the principle of appropriate resources environment and integrated principle, the author selects 21 indexes from five principles(land input intensity index, land use index, land output efficiency index, land ecological index and regional environment index) to set up the evaluation system of agricultural land intensive utilization in Jinan. Apart from this, the author introduces the processing method of index standardization and gets the evaluation index proportion.The central part of this thesis is part five. It is the comprehensive evaluation of Jinan agricultural land intensive utilization based on various objects. Monitor and analyze the intensity level of agricultural land in each district and county of Jinan city from the aspects of five principles. First, introduce the technical evaluation procedure and comprehensive evaluation pattern of various objects. Next, get each index score from five priciples(land input intensity index, land use index, land output efficiency index, land ecological index and regional environment index), and calculate the comprehensive score. At last, the author makes results analysis and evaluation from five aspects.The last part is the analysis of the allocation mode of agricultural land intensive utilization in Jinan city. The thesis concentrates on the mode of agricultural land intensitive utilization. The author regards that Conventional model of sustainable high productivity, high efficiency and conservation type and three-dimensional multi-cycle model are the main models in Jinan city. Finally the author proposes allocation measures and some suggestion on the agricultural land intensity use in Jinan city. |
