Now, our country remains in the competition Game of old relationship between producer and circulation enterprises. The producer enterprises will gradually join up to fight for the low product price and high fee for entering the arena which decided by circulation enterprises, when the circulation enterprises which are delegated by tradesman can obtain more profits by controlling the circulation channel with leading effect of connecting supply and consume under the advantage that close to market demand naturally. That counterwork maybe force the circulation enterprises which only have fewer market power to change their tune or maybe stop to trade with refusing to budge for each other when they have equal power. So we think that this "naturally" competition which only decided by the contrast of market power can't solve the problem in essence although it reflects the fact of old relationship that maintains difficultly and has the trend of making conflict become more acute. What we need is the establishment of new relationship between producer and circulation enterprises which sublime from natural counterwork to conscious cooperation. We need the approach with the characteristics of frame, integer and system which can achieve the stabilization "double-win" cooperation under the leading of clear theory.Based on above viewpoint, the "new relationship" has been considered as this paper's study object. After analyzing the essence of relationship under the visual angle of dividing work deeply and deeply, we think about that the current aim is how to establish the "new relationship" by supply chain management via describing the evolvement process in the world and our country, because the core of supply chain management is information sharing and profit participating. Then this paper give some Game models which are corresponding to different relationship with different profit distribution modes by one for one and compare them by differentiating in order to point the inevitability and feasibility of "double-win" stabilization cooperation with the improving of profit distribution by modifying the Gamemodel under the supply chain management.Now buyer's market became. Suppliers have no superiority in the market. But on the one hand the retailers have customer's resources; on the other hand the big retailers have not too much. So the retailers have advantages over suppliers. So the suppliers and retailers will burst out conflict. The fact tells us: the suppliers and retailers must concern on their relationship. If they resolve the kind of problem, they will be from win-win to failure.
