(CRSC). The concept of the company is for communication and information, aiming at developing the communication and information technology for Railway, Metro & Urban Light Rail, Telecom Operators, Special Network, Group Finance Company, etc. The company is mainly operating the integration of communication and information systems and focuses on researching the related product supply and technical service. The target market divides into and includes Railway, Urban Rail Transit, China TieTong Telecommunications Corporation, China Satellite Communications Corporation, as well as other Special Network and Company Group.After the company reconstruction, the personal sources and the organizations have been deeply adjusted, while the transformation on the operation has been basically completed. From the prospective, programmatic, competitive, scientific, operable and innovative points of view, this paper is an endeavor to make a systemic, comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the exterior environment of Beijing Guotie Huachen Communication & Information Technology Co., LTD, including macro-environment, industry environment and market/rival environment, and on the interior environment including managerial situation, quality principle, production capacity, organization, management style and current problems. On the base of the above analysis and concerning the real situation of the company, this paper carried out the enterprise positioning, and further draw up the strategic policy of the development in future 5 year for Huachen Communication & Information Technology Co., LTD.
