Theories And Methods Of Evaluation Of Influence Of High-tech Industry

In this thesis, based on the influence of the High-tech industry playing in the economic and social development of our country and the world, we put the analysis of the influence of Beijing High-tech as the target, and using fuzzy optimum composition evaluation model to analyze the influence of Beijing High-tech. Considered that It is the momentous matter related with the development of developing country to choose the traditional industry or High-tech industry because of the restriction of the resources and ability. There are a lot of academe and college in Beijing, and it is one of the limited dense districts of science and technology resources in the world. Because of the advantage of the resources, the evaluation on the influence of Beijing High-tech industry has the theory meaning and realistic meaning of the industry and the development of China.In the content, the definition of the influence of high-tech industry was given based on theory of economy, industry economy and high-tech industry economy. And the paper set up indexes which can be use to value the influence of Beijing high-tech from three aspects that are the influence to economic development, the influence to social development as well as the influence to sustainable development, and using fuzzy optimum composition evaluation model, it does an empirical analysis to the influence of Beijing high-tech, it compared the influence of Beijing high-tech with the other five city, and analyzed the trend of the influence of Beijing high-tech through compared the development of high-tech in Beijing for nine years. It consider that the Beijing high-tech industry not only has great influence upon China's economy and social development but also has a contribution to promote the comprehensive coordination and sustainable development in our country., and put forward some suggestions which can enhance the influence of Beijing high-tech industry.
