On the other hand, working hours in the enterprise is the basis to conduct scientific management , control production progress and economic accounting , cost control and product price and so on , in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises , business leaders have a strong desire to learn to advanced enterprises at home and abroad , introduce a set of standard working hours, and continuously improve the organization and production conditions , increase productivity, but it is very difficult to fix from which part to commence.Author did a detailed investigation at the workshop and collected a large quantity of first-hand information, in-depth study of the production status sweaters enterprises and development trends. In order to change the current inaccurate working hours , unreasonable wage accounting, as well as regular delays in delivery time, unplanned production status, the topics study group used industrial engineering principles to improve the weaving processes, to rationalize the use of equipment, operating motion analysis, operating time research, working hours determination, data analysis, mathematical modeling, and other facets of the work, to study and formulate a set of sweaters knitting and linking standard working hours, and several times in the actual production of the probation , amendment, further implemented, so that working hours eventually in line with enterprise production and control of the actual demand, Now, the set of standard working hours has been implemented in the enterprise, and produce desired effect.
