With the rapid development of tourism, the number of the tourists rises quickly. The environment problems of the scenes are getting more and more obvious and serious without the advance management programming. One thing leads to another: some places are losing attraction and coming to the decline stage. So many scholars have noted the environment issues and tried to find out some resolutions. The studies which focus on the introduction of the concepts and methods on the tourism environment have not noticed until the 1980's. And it is not in-depth enough. So the researches on the tourism environment are becoming more and more important, especially with the rapid developments of the forest tourism and eco-tourism.The paper focuses on the analysis of the actuality of environment in Gongqing Forest Park. Through sampling and investigating, make the soil and vegetation as the major objects. And the vegetation is made into two different parts called herbage and landscape forest because of the different influencing ways and results. Discuss the further influences on environment by various indexes: (1) moisture, bulk density and pH value of the soil; (2) the cover and the biomass of the herbage vegetation; (3) Sensitivity Level, Landscape Importance and Tourism Effect of the landscape forest as the standards of estimating (View Resource Management). From what has been discussed, we can safely draw the conclusions:(1) Sensitivity Level is the reasonable index in zoning of the park. The park is divided into 3 different kinds of Sensitivity Level areas: A, B and C, Which means the high level (65%), the middle level (30%) and the low level (10%).(2)The actuality of soil and vegetation environments has a high pertinence with the Sensitivity Level. The conclusions of the paper show that varies indexes changed obviously when the Sensitivity Level gets higher or lower. And the Tourism Effect is becoming higher with the increasing Sensitivity Level.(3)The range of effects on the soil and the herbage vegetation usually happen in the areas where is less than 1 meter away from the path. By analyzing the data of sample-a in 3 different kinds of Sensitivity Level areas, the results show that the effects of the tourism always happen in sample-a, and it is not obvious in sample-b and sample-c.(4)VRM is an objective and systemic standard in estimating landscape forests in the forest park. Landscape forest is the important resource in the forest park. The paper estimates areas with different Sensitivity Level and the results show that: (a) First of all, Tourism Effect is higher with the higher Sensitivity Level. Meanwhile the correlativity number is not high which means there are other reasons except the Tourism Effect. (b) secondly, the results also show the effects are not serious in the park. (c)In the third place, the setting of the landscape forest is relatively reasonable as the correlativity number between Sensitivity Level and Landscape Importance is 0.6958.(5)The management measures have an effective result on environment. The managements lead the Tourism Effect to change: higher Sensitivity Level area may not have a higher Tourism Effect (such as plots A-1 and A-2).(6)Zoning management makes the measure more effectively. Consider the different levels or ways of tourism effect and make the different management measures. For example, the management should focus on the trample in plot A-3 and the garbage management should be enhanced in plot A-5.In conclusion, the paper analyzes and estimates the actuality of environment in Gongqing Forest Park and tries the notion about zoning management on the basic of the analysis of the various data to improve the level of the management. And it is also helpful to the development in the tourism.
