Since the reform and open policy was carried out, middle and small scaled privatelyenterprises have made considerable progress in our country. But there still exist someproblems, such as the small economical scale, the lower technology, the weak competitiveability and bad level of management, especially, it is obvious for us to see the insufficientmanagement in salary system. YQ Corporation is an enterprise of standard littermanufacture. In recent years, the phenomenon that the staff are less satisfied and that therate of flow increase slightly has appeared, which has slowed down the speed of thedevelopment of industry. So, the administrative personnel's important topic at present ishow to make the staff work in their initiative and enthusiastically.The basic concept and theory related to salary has been outlined. It has given a fulldescription about the present situation and the cause of its disordered salary management.Considering the actual situation of the company and the theory of strategic salary, I havere-designed the salary system, which is based on the methods of investigation, workanalysis post arrangement and staff's ability localization. In the new salary system,different system about wage and welfare have been put forward, which emphasizes onimproving the fairness in and out of the enterprise and adding the satisfaction of the staff.Above all, some beneficial explorations for the middle and small scale privatelyoperated enterprise salary management are being made.
