Therefore, this article will provided with huge value theoreticallyand realism meaning.This dissertation is organized as following:Above all, the dissertation defines IPRS, and analyzes the basicfeatures, economic attributes, and brings forward the basic route of thisdissertation.The dissertation reveals the conjunction mechanism of IPRS andeconomic development, and proves the IPRS is not only the endogenesisvariable, system factor, mechanism condition, but also the mainheadspring of competitive advantage.The dissertation gives a further statement about the economicconnotation of IPRS in the course of running, and analyzes the cost and gain of protection and infringing, and proves the effect to differentcountry, and proposes the policies to it.The originality of the present dissertation is as follows:(1) This paper reveals the economic attributes of IPRS, which is thecut-in spot.(2) For the first time, the dissertation reveals the conjunctionmechanism of IPRS and economic development, and proves the IPRS isnot only the endogenesis variable, system factor, mechanism condition,but also the main headspring of competitive advantage.(3) A systematic analysis about the cost and gain of protection andinfringing, and brings forward that every country should have their ownprotection level.
