Along these years,Real estate industry is developing very fast,the marketing is becoming standard.The implementing of the land bidding divest policy of the Ministry of Land and Resources in 2004 has strengthed the land supplying. The implementing of the Six Policy of Land Resources in 2006 has intensified the competation. In this situation,the Jiayun Real Estate company must comply with marketing requirement ,strength the main industry and realize the scale.Then it can seek for the developing in these severe competation circument.This thesis analyzes the industry background of real estate ,the situation in domestic and the industry envirment of Changsha city, directs out the problem in strategy developping and in practice.This thesis uses the relative theory of the strategy management ,listens to the views and advice of the main leaders in company, objectivly evaluate the developing current situation, the strategy direction and puts forward the relative measures of strategy implementation.
