As China economy is on its speedy wheel, Chinese enterprises have already become the indispensable force accelerating the national economy. All of the public-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises contribute immensely to the construction of national economy and society, which also play an important role in building modernization and realizing harmonious society. But these three different types of enterprises vary extraodinarily in their developing history, current phase and existing circumstances, so do they vary in their modes of management, corporate cultures, employment policies and human resources practices, which cause great differences in their employees' attitudes and reactions towards the enterprises. These attitudes and reactions are the outer representations of employees' psychological contracts.Different ownership enterprises adopt diverse human resources management policies, shape distinct corporate cultures, implement different types of employment policies, and employ disparate managerial approaches. This diversity of influencing factors on corporate management determines that different ownership enterprises bear different types of psychological contracts with different contents. These different types and contents function variously on the enterprises, so may different ownership enterprises recognize the contents and types of employees' psychological contracts, then towards different psychological contracts, apply managerial manners and tools pertinently, enhance enterprises' market competencies, eventually realize social visions. This thesis first induces and concludes relevant theories on psychological contracts, which consolidates the foundation of the following empirical study.
