With the development at full speed of the economy of our country, the civil aviation industry of our country has obtained unprecedented development, the traffic volume of aviation increases year by year. Meanwhile, civil aviation calamity takes place frequently. Civil aviation traffic caused by the transport environmental sudden change, fault caused by people and factor interaction out of control of plane generally.The aviation accident has not merely caused irretrievable casualties and enormous economic losses, and has formed the harmful effects in the society.The airline maintain enterprise is undertaking the main task of producing and managing .As a complicated system of civil aviation, the airline maintain enterprise involves in maintain, quantity, technique, procreation and conduction in many aspects of ground guarantee and aerial service.The safety management is unusually complicated. It should not be ignored for fly safety to strengthen the management and study about the airline maintain enterprise, improve the mechanism of management and reduce the incidence of calamity caused by management factor.The human resources manage system innovate means to carry on the early control in early days to deal with the condition such as low efficiency or invalid of human resources management and fluctuation and fault of human resources. Because the human resources manage system are the very foundation and support of other system operation, once the crisis appears, it will produce more broad negative.effect on the organization and cause the overall crash of organizational management. So, create new human resources system to develop its ability to defend the error and guarantee the normal operation of the business activities has extremely great meaning for airline maintain enterprise.This subject proceeds from current situation of airline maintain enterprise's human resources management .Through analyzing its current situation and defect and announcing the human resources management defect and inner link of civil aviation's calamity, it aims to find out the relation between human recourse management defect and civil aviation calamity .
