Training industry is new one in China, but it has been mature in some west countries. Under the background of globalize economic, the economic collision between East and West countries like as collision between East and West Culture would bring great effect about. The change of economic would also result in vibration of training industry without doubt, thus the future of training industry will rest with customer and end-user directly.With entry into WTO of China, more and more enterprises find out that it would be important to keep competition advantage in industry field with improvement of whole team on professional quality through training. Now more and more local training corporation is coming forth like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, some mature foreign consulting corporations also step out one after another and plan to occupy great market in China. Face to such development trend, training corporations must create own brand and come into being own characteristic.Training industry of China for product, supply and demand, market was analyzed systematically in this essay. And training brand strategic analysis and research was discussed with evaluating and analyzing methods of Critical Success Factors, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), Case analyze and Analogism. Competition strategy of an enterprise was drawn out on the basis of summary and analysis. At the same time, some proposals for various strategies were offered in the essay.
