Since The Reform And Opening Up, China's Economic Fluctuations And Its Formation Mechanism

Economic cycle has been an important research realms of the macro economics for a long time. Since 1980's, many scholars began to research china's economic cycle,and they have obtained abundant of research result. But, there is not a complement definition about economic cycle,and seldom scholar puts economic cycle research and the whole econonmic background together,and there is not a complemetent economic formation mechanism either.This article analyzes economic cycle's connotation ,basic characteristics and formation mechanism. Positive analysis shows industrialization progress and market mechanism's function are the two condition of economic cycle. Combine an our country's industrialization and the market turn progress research our country's economic cycle,we find:in the different period of market economy reform,economic cycle has different charicteristics;the multiple-added mechanism is the economic cycle's internal formation mechanism;international trade has a kind of mechanism to slow down the fluctuation of economic cycle ,and macro police is a very important outernal reason of economic cycle.Since 1990's,the formation mechanism has appeared some new variety, these variety main performance at economy total amount, supply structure, industrial structure, investment structure and macro control etc..The variety of formation mechanism comes along with our country's industrialization and the market reform progress,and the variety also makes our country economic cycle appeared some different characteristic. In the following certain period , our country's industrialization and the market turn progress will accelerate,we must take some measures,such as giving free rein to the function of market,improving the mechanism of macro control,paying attention to the adjustment of aggregate and structure ect.,to mild the fiuctution of our country's enconomic cycle.There are 3 innovation points in this article: Point out a contradiction about the concept in parts of scholar in our country; Combine whole macro economy background to analyze our country's economic cycle; Draw macro control policy as a subjunctive variable into the model, provided a new method to research the infleunce of macro control policy.
