Government's Poverty Alleviation And Development Of Performance Evaluation Of International Experience

The essence of poverty question is a sum total of the relations between human and nature, man and man. It exists in the history and the reality, exists to the world scope, which is one basic subjects of human society. At present the performance valuation of the governmental poverty reduction has become the countries' key point attention. Many countries have clearly realized that they should continue to establish one kind of systematic study mechanism from the steady appraisal, which can efficiently enhance the performance of various governments to combat with poverty.
