Circular Economy is a new term which means in order to consistently run our economy, we should follow the rule of bionomics, rationalize our utilization of natural resources and environmental capacity, as well as integrate clean production, bionomics design and sustainable consumption to achieve wastes reduction, reproducible resources and non-polluted, under the Theory of Sustainable Development Theory.Furthermore, we ought to recognize the economic system with the process of the environmental circulation so that we can avoid destruction to our environment, while achieving economy of scale in production. The purpose in this paper, by using a project named"Edible Fungus Wastes Recycling Project", is to explore the possibility to implement such Economic and Development Model in our current economy. China has found that then it has achieved a considerable economic achievement and social wealth, however, all this is on the price of social and environment in balance. It is very urgent for us to restructure our economic development model by building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, dealing with the conflict between mass production and environment control, esp. in the countryside. What kind of Sustainable Economic Development Model can we obtain has become an extraordinary issue for political and business leaders, educators, researchers, as well as every Chinese citizen.1. Research OrientationChina has put its full effort in its economic growth and strong nation building., Chinese government has found that in order to sustain its economic success, it is very important to reconsider our current business development model by exploiting a new kind of one, because China has found itself increasingly facing conflict and threat through losing our environment protection to maintain sustainable growth. In this project,"Edible Fungus Wastes Recycling", I want to draw tremendous attention from our leaders and every social participant, it is possible that we can and should find out a way that leads to reconcile two controversial factors, non-pollution and mass production. Thus, we can create a new Economic Value Chain and Economic prosperity, by using a new, circular, and sustainable Economic Growth Model.2. Major Issues1) China is now enjoying its historic moment due to its fast growing economy. However, it is inevitably facing ever-growing pressure of environment control which has become great difficulties to carry out its sustainable economic development, esp. in the rural areas.2) Even though the theory of Circular Economy has long been put forward, it has not been widely practiced at current time, and the result of its economic value has not fully demonstrated, which could draw great attention from our industries. I am going to utilize a certain amount of managerial decision-making methodology and related research models , this article will play a big role in helping organizations and their leaders to fully understand that we can do more and better by using Circular Economic Models in our business, while not compromising our corporate value, and not threatening our bottom line.3) In this paper, by studying the on-going "Edible Fungus Wastes Recycling Project", I am trying to start from the point of view by business organizations and their top management. We are trying to exploit a new economic development model that integrates environmental control and efficiency of production, which could lead us to a brand new Economic Value Chain. 3. Major Innovative Topics It is highly expected that this essay can appeal to businesses, corporate executives, and so many others that we should not ignore the stunning result of pollution to our environment caused by our fast growing economy and human production. We can develop a successful new economic model called Circular Economy, to achieve. sustainable economic development, maximize corporate value.
