With the popularization and development of internet, As a new business methodology, e-business is attracting the traditional trade's attention popularly. The insurance regarded as a kind of traditional_ financing is attempting to implant e-business to the management, marketing and service, to adapt the advancement of technology and variation of market.At present, many insurance agents have their websites, and insurance operation also present flourish in the internet. Insurance agents apply e-business to insurance sale and service on-line tentative. With the development of insurance websites, they need individual service. How to set up the insurance e-business websites of customer-oriented, is become urgent affairs.The researches of the web site evaluation from the civil and oversea is the first step of the dissertation. The paper summarizes the main status of the website evaluation. What's more, expounds the developing of the Insurance e-business, and analysis the characteristic of the insurance industry and the request of policyholders.The investigation and questionnaires is the main part of the dissertation. Based on the investigation, after the factor analysis of the callback paper by SPSS, therefore an evaluation system is formed. Then by Analytic Hierarchy Process, the weight of the evaluation indexes is given.Finally, using demonstration research, the mathematical model of the evaluation of the website is built. Eight insurance agent websites are evaluated by the mathematical model and some advices are improved.
