This paper firstly analyzesrecycling economy and the historical background and necessity of ecologicalindustrial park development, and comprehensively analyzes the natural conditions,the socio-economic profiles, regional environmental conditions and industrialproduction structure and industrial system structure where the AlaShan EconomicDevelopment Zone with locate, proposes the favorable conditions and the necessityfor building Eco-Industrial Park, the guiding ideology, Planning goals and planningprinciples for establishing Wusitai (chemical) Eco-Industrial Park. On the basis, thepaper proposes the overall framework, function and industry program ofeco-industrial park construction. On the analysis of major industrial park, the paperproposes the direction of development of the park and analyzes the economic, socialand ecological benefits of eco-industrial park construction. Finally, the paperproposes some measures and recommendation for constructing park.
