Supply Chain Management Technology In The Modern Iron And Steel Enterprises

Supply chain was came from concept of extending production, it expands manufacturing produce activate and forms chains link each other between clients and suppliers. The process of planning, corresponding, operation, control and optimization for whole chain was named supply chain management. The quotation of supply chain to our enterprises gives a lot of help in improving competition and expanding profit space. CSPBT was established at advanced, compact, intelligent, and continuous production line with high efficiency as new modern plant. Significance of setting up logistics and supply chain, which was introduced into practice in BTCSP plant was analyzed in this paper.Through introducing iron and steel development situation and steel making and trade's environment in the international background, it pointed out that iron and steel industry is ranking in "sun setting industry" in developed country, but it is still supporting industry and has nicer development and future in developing country in this paper. We introduced CSP line in 1990's, starting large-scale production in our country. It is very important to keep the strategic position in the increasingly competitive market.CSPBT build integrate system model base on supply chain production and make into practice in order to attaining advantage in drastic competition. Decrease sale cost, stock cost and increase benefit by using third party logistics at the same time. It makes a great contribution to let Baogang company became the first enterprise which sale revenue exceed twenty thousand million in lnner Mongolia.At last we want to analyze and control the key points which effect on cost in virtue of the relationship between value chain theory and cost advantage linking with the BTCSP value chain's characteristic; We analyzed mostly cost driving factors and found measures which are fitted to control cost of the enterprise. Through analyzing BTCSP's situation and studying management, equipments, technology, resource characteristic of this enterprise. We build excellent able approach about realizing competitive strategy of BTCSP to changing competitive strategy to specific measure through using the advantage. Analyze significance of quoting logistics and supply chain theory into practice in BTCSP plant.
