With the rapid development of the secutities market, the secutityservice has completed the transformation'from the seller market to thebuyer market. So it is one of the critical factors to grasp the clientresources.The sales departments grasp the most of the client resources. It's salecapacity and service level deteimine the amount of the clients and theprofit capacity. So it is important to strenthen the construction of thesales departments. The aim of the paper is to build an effective andactive sales system by the theories of sales. With the operation of thesales system, on one side, we can build good relationship with the clients,on the other side, we can attract other clients by the sales tactics. At thesame time, we should build sales tactics innovative system to form thecomparative advantages.On the basis of studying the development of the marketing theoryand reviewing the representative cases, the paper puts forward the notionof the marketing services system with the function of both sale andservice, and the paper draws the conclusion that the system is effective toresolve some problems which exists in the marketing process. The paperalso provide some reference on the flow reform for the otherdepartments.
