Marketing planning in real estate ispaid little attention to or be attached importance to but be directedwithout a set of systematic method, which directly leads to greatresources waste, such as a large amount of vacant merchandise houses.This paper used a practical caseā€”the famous bali-shijia, made asystematic study about the whole distance plans study on Yunzhou realestate. It deeply studied many aspects, such as market research,analyzing advantage and disadvantage of the item, market position ofthe item, design suggestion, marketing extension strategic making,advertisements plan making. To gain tight entirety of layer upon nearerlayer and provide a systemic, overall, detailed and accurate guidingsuggestion and operating project for the successful development of theitem.This paper first analyzed the whole distance marketing plans,expounded background of the study, then, analyzed the Yunzhou realestate market and regional real estate market of the item, establishedthe goal market, furthermore made a market location from the someaspects,such as goal customers, appearance, landscape, quality etc, andproposed many suggestions including kit facilities and intelligencesystem etc. It analyzed how to ensure the success of the item in themarket, including the advertisement opening, medium integration, and expansion arrangement etc.The study result of the paper not only plays the decisive role, butalso possessed much reference value to the progress and construction ofYunZhou city, as well as developers'investment decision making in thefuture days. In the meantime, it also plays the promoting roles in manyaspects on the operation and administration of real estate developmententerprises.
