With the era of Internet, Informatization has already become the important means for optimizing the structure of tourism industry and improving the service level. The informatization service facing to tourists has already won initial success, online reservation service and issue on the Internet of the information about tourism destination provided much convenience for tourists. But on the whole, the information-based development of tourism in our country is still at primary stage, customer group on the online market is relatively small;online tourism products are simple;degree of accepting to online tourism services is relatively low. As a new mode in tourism service, there is some aspect needed to improve. So it is necessary to discuss and study these questions.Five sections are included in this thesis, as following:In the first section four parts are reviewed: research setting, contemporary progress of the subject domestic and abroad,study purpose and the technical approach.In the second part some relative concepts are defined. According to usual economy and management theory, guide principle in behavior of tourism enterprise during the process of tourism e-commerce is discussed. These theories included: diversity marketing theory, coordination theory etc. There are some reasons in the necessary of tourism informatization. And the development of tourism websites in China can be divided into four stages.The third part mainly analyzes and studies three aspects: leading role of the tourism department in the course of informatization, the current situation and trend of the online reservation of tourism,and network marketing tactics about tourism destination. Through the comparison between netizen's characteristic and online tourism reservation users' characteristic, a conclusion can be draw that the online tourist market of our country will continuously increase. According to the competition situation of the present online tourism service, tourism enterprise participating in competition can divide into three big classes, which are online agent, Traditional agent's online business and tourism supplier's online service. Competition to the online tourist market should take the cooperative attitude while playing chess, implement the difference tactics to gain customers.The fourth part analyzes the main restriction factor in the information-based development of tourism at first, and then suggests the corresponding optimization development proposition to the question. Specific suggestion include:set up response system, balance the gap of development, solve online payment question etc. They have certain reference value to the development of the online tourist service.Finally, the conclusion of the paper is made. Then this paper point out the improvement direction in the future.
